Election day

Election Day here in the USA. I got to see some of the Yesterday was a blur but at least started out with a great long walk from Martinellis to Nonis via starbucks. We got a lift from gramps back to Martinellis for showers and then after a few errands including a trip to Costco and picking up Noah at school, I was back at Nonis where she and I did some clean out jobs in the Patio while gramps was off at his weekly card game.Dinner was back at Mortinellis where Uncle Mike cooked a couple of his ducks, one for me and one for him. I did not do justice to mine but did eat the two brests which were yummy. I finally saw some of the election coverage last night and hear some of the last minute predictions on the television last night and to hear from Gramps about some of the stuff that has gone on. Most of the pundits were giving it to Obama but saying that it all hinged on a few states. Ohio and Florida are both in the hot seat and in those states the state legislature which are currently republican have been pulling swifties like closing the pre election voting booths early or cutting the pre-voting period in half which then puts more pressure on voting day ,or making the ballots themselves very confusing. Remember citizens to dot HAVE to vote in the US so anything that may discourage people from going out to vote is what they are looking for, which leads one to believe that they are regarding more voters voting as a good thing for Obama and a bad thing for them.
