One last posting to share our ravioli making session this morning before taking off for SFO. Miguel was keen so we made a very small amount of dough and using only a rolling pin made about 30 hand cut ravioli. For a filling we used some of the additions from last nights rice dish, sauteed linguica sausage, Swiss chard roasted pumpkin and sauteed red onion. We tested a few fried and a few boiled. Miguel salt and peppered the boiled ones and topped with olive oil, very yummy. So there is one more ravioli maker out there.
